"Yes, No, Maybe" Chronobiotic™ Nutrition

When one lives their life in divine order for their highest good and everyone they encounter; the meanings of situations and circumstances become awesome in the big picture of one’s life.
At the time when I was introduced to a man by the name of Ed (Atom) Bergstrom, I had no idea how this man would influence my life and those around me. In all my studies of nutrition, the missing link tying everything together was timing.
It all began one warm, sunny day in Arizona. We were preparing a 5-day trip to Lake Powell with friends staying on our houseboat. My dearest friend, Sarita Young, was joining us on this adventure and she called to announce a dear, long time friend of hers was in town and would it be ok if he joined us. She said I would love him because he is a genius and knows more about food and nutrition than anyone she has ever known besides Adano Ley, his teacher. I told Sarita the boat was full and we would happily make room for one more. Two other couples were joining us on this trip including my family.
When I met Atom, he proceeded to share a concept of eating foods and “eating in time” with me; amazing me still today. I was fascinated and asked the others on the boat how they felt if we put Atom in charge of the kitchen and meal planning for the entire trip. We were all in anticipation to see if there was any validity to Atom’s timed-controlled eating regimen.
Now, to honestly set this up for you to visualize, we had all the food already on the boat and it was a typical American picnic type excursion. We had coffee, herbal teas, sodas, juices and water to drink. We had cereal, bagels, fruit, donuts, muffins, and toasts for breakfast. Sandwiches, chips cookies for lunch. And dinner consisted of veggie burgers, hamburger, salad, lasagna, grilled chicken, etc…Atom proceeded to take all the foods we had and set up a menu for us to consume according to our body’s most efficient timing. (The Science of ChronoBiology) We all began to experience more frequent bowel movements. In fact, from the first day Atom fed us in time, one of the people on the boat went from only having one bowel movement a week, which was normal for them, to having a bowel movement a day. (On a boat, I choose to know if this was a really good idea, especially with 12 people and 1 portapotty!)
In the years since this experience, I have gone off and on this way of eating. What I notice is when I eat following Chronobiotic Nutrition, I have more bowel movements than when I eat out of time, and I tend to naturally go towards a ChronoBiotic way of eating. I also noticed a change in my skin texture and tone as well more energy. When I met Atom I was vegetarian and what I experienced was I could be vegetarian, macrobiotic, ayurvedic, high-protein/low carbohydrate or any other live-it lifestyle program and ChronoBiotic eating fits any of those regimens. It will actually enhance any program and take it to another level. In the course of the years following I found incorporating meat, in time, in my live-it lifestyle I had more balance in my body. (I am an A+ blood type.)
I have traveled to Egypt, China, Turkey, France, Australia and other places all over the world in my studies and have incorporated things from each place in my approach to nutrition and life. My lifestyle approach encompasses many modalities including essential oils, herbology and nutrition, conscious and transformational language, emotional release, vitaflex, body work and other sciences. I am very aware of the stressful effects of the world I live in, the pollutants in the environment, and the production of genetically engineered, pesticide-laden, processed foods. Today’s society is eating more food than ever, and is suffering from malnutrition. Americans are eating food with little nutritional value in it by the time they eat it. We are a society centered around food. Atom and I have really partnered together to create a whole food program incorporating timing to reach our god-given potential with grace and ease. In my daily life I travel, am a mother of 2, a wife of over 20 years, teacher, trainer, CEO of my own business and I am looking at the most efficient way to do all of these while keeping my vitality. I find I follow the ChronoBiotic Nutrition Lifestyle 90% of the time. I tell people if they are eating something out of time, just bless it.
In life, the answer to every question is a yes/no/maybe. As you read this book, I ask you to ask yourself, “Would the ChronoBiotic Nutrition Lifestyle be a benefit for me?” The answer might be yes, no, or maybe…
